Fine Gourmet Range Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all transactions between the buyer and Fine Gourmet Range.
Any variations on these conditions stipulated by any of the buyer’s documents implied by statute, common law or trade usage are inapplicable unless accepted given by Fine Gourmet Range in writing.
This transaction will be deemed a contract of sale and governed by English law. Our Guarantee; We guarantee all products against any defect as a result of manufacturing and in the event of such we will replace the item up to 2 working days from the delivery date.
Original Products Guarantee:
We only supply original products – guaranteed, which are well known by global brands.
All orders require pre payment in full by using either PayPal, credit or debit cards before goods are dispatched.
The payment will be handled by a secure on line payment facility for total security and to avoid fraudulent purchases.
Value Added Tax (VAT):
Due to wholesaling from global countries, such as America, all products will have shown VAT where applicable (in red).
All orders will be transacted in British Pounds Sterling, as we are based within London, United Kingdom.
UK Delivery Charges:
We dispatch all products within the UK only by a national carrier. All delivery charges will be notified to at point of purchase from the “Checkout” page.
myHermes Terms and Conditions:
Claims for Compensation:
If you believe that we have damaged your Goods then you must:
– notify us before 28 days have passed from the date of the relevant Order; and
– complete the Claim Form that we provide.
(We may ask you to provide evidence to back up your claim for compensation.)
Proof of Delivery:
My Hermes will have proved that they have made a Delivery if they have either:
– The Recipient’s Signature;
– or A Neighbour’s Signature;
– or A Drop Card Indicating the Parcel has been left in a Safe Place
